Holdem AI Coach is an online poker training app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the service.
Information We Collect
When you create an account or sign in with Google, we collect basic account information:
- Email address
- Display name, if provided by you or your Google account
- Google account identifier used only to connect your Google login to your Holdem AI Coach account
We also store app data needed to run the trainer, including credit balance, games played, saved trainer settings, opponent profiles, hand history summaries, coupons redeemed, and saved coach reports.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or card security code. We store purchase records needed to add credits to your account and manage support questions.
AI Features
When you use AI coaching, report generation, opponent review, or character generation, relevant poker hand context and trainer data may be sent to our configured AI providers to generate the requested response. Do not enter sensitive personal information into trainer notes or prompts.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account
- To save your credits, settings, reports, and trainer progress
- To provide AI coaching and gameplay features
- To process credit purchases and coupon redemptions
- To monitor abuse, debug issues, and operate the service
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run the app, including hosting, payment processing, Google sign-in, and AI providers.
Data Retention
We keep account and trainer data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Security
The service uses HTTPS in production and stores user data on the server. No browser-visible AI API key is required for normal hosted use.
